MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Meditation & Mindfulness have become increasingly popular as the benefits on both physical & mental health have become more widely known. Did you know for example,  that when we meditate our bodies are less physically stressed - this means that our circulation improves, our blood pressure lowers and we create more white blood cells that help us to keep healthy.

I am a qualified meditation teacher & offer meditation & mindfulness group sessions, 1-2-1 bespoke sessions & recordings. I work online, via phone or from my lovely teaching space in Rickmansworth. 

Through my meditation & mindfulness work I have helped clients to manage chronic pain, anxiety & depression, poor sleep, confidence issues, stress management and self care & relaxation challenges. 

I have an eclectic & supportive teaching style & teach both the practice of meditation & mindfulness, and the science behind it, which I am really passionate about! 

I offer the use of crystals, angel cards & candles to aid & enhance the experience of meditation & tailor sessions to meet the needs of my clients.
